From the moment you receive your order, you have 100 days to change your mind. The time from sending to processing your return takes a maximum of 14 working days. We will send you a notification by email as soon as we have received and processed your return.

KRAEK cannot guarantee that returns that are sent outside our returns portal will be processed correctly. If it is not possible to register the return via our portal, please contact our customer service.

If you have any more questions about your return, you can contact us at any time via our contact form. Please note that we do not accept returns of personalized collections (customization), because these products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. We offer a standard 2-year warranty on our watches and straps that are bought separately and a 1-year warranty on our jewelry since the day of purchase.

The warranty covers most common manufacturing and material defects. In most cases, damage to the timepiece, clock or glass is covered by the warranty.

The warranty is not valid in the following cases:

- The product has been damaged by inheritance or improper use (such as scratches or damage from a fall)
- Damage caused by repairs or modifications carried out by a third party without prior permission from KRAEK
-Damage or disturbances caused by water or fire (contact with water must be avoided)
- External changes caused during normal use of the product, such as discoloration of the leather straps, scratches on the case or glass, etc. Replacement of the battery, even if it has to be replaced during the warranty period
Our warehouse will ship your order as soon as possible after the order has been placed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel the order.
We would like to point out that KRAEK leather straps are made of genuine leather. External factors such as perspiration, perfume, dirt and moisture can affect the appearance of the straps. We recommend that you regularly use a protective spray / care product, so that the watch strap of your favorite watch will be better protected against external influences.
